In the world of entertainment and production, it’s always moving, always urgent. You learn quickly how to make things work with limited time, limited tools, and a lot of pressure.

When I started working more closely with small businesses — local fitness studios, solo entrepreneurs, creative teams — I saw the same struggles over and over. Brilliant, passionate people spending their energy on scheduling. On content. On invoices. On chasing leads. The kind of work that doesn’t feel like “your job,” but it’s somehow taken over your day.

And it hit me: most people don’t need more to-do lists or another tool they’ll never open.
